Excellency holiday

Lovely caravan, spotless and it wasn't top of the range price. Staff friendly and polite. Located in a great location for site seeing. Really glad we tried it, definitely would 're visit .

Very good value for money, excellent caravan.

The accomodation was really great for the four in our party, it was really clean, fresh and looked almost brand new and was mostly spacious, only the bedrooms as in most caravans, were slightly...

Fabulous sea frontage and indoor pool, shower block needs attention

The location of the site is great close to the sea. We received a warm and informative welcome at the reception. We used the indoor pool daily and my grandson took part in the extra pool activities....

Dear Mr Humphries, I am sorry you did not enjoy your experience at Hoburne Doublebois.

It appears you booked online and it does state if towels are included in the different accommodation types when making the booking.

We are unaware of the pool table being broken as this had been used by other guests during your stay with no complaints being received. Reception is always available to report any issues so that these can be dealt with.

There is no additional charge to use any of the facilities if you have your own equipment. Our additional hire charges are only applicable if guests do not have their own because they did not realise what facilities are available until they have arrived.

Golf clubs, golf trollies and tennis rackets are charged for a 24 hour period at a reasonable price.

As a company we do everything we can to ensure guests enjoy their time with us and can only apologise that you felt disappointed.

lovely park and perfect for familys..

yes would definatly book again...in a few weeks...//excellent caravan for a superior...usually have a plat .plus...but this caravan was well worth the money...excellent park......
