Thank you very much for your feedback. We have passed your comments to the parking provider. As a booking intermediary (not the provider of the parking service itself) Heathrowparking.com welcomes all feedback on the booking service you received from us so that we can constantly improve our customer service and website. Of course we also closely monitor all parking provider feedback, as is the case with your review, and make sure that all negative reviews are followed up. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email next time you require parking at Heathrow Airport and we will be happy to suggest an alternative parking provider.
