Not one of our best holidays with Headwater
We have had many holidays with Headwater and as always the service was excellent. The rep on Gran Canaria knew his stuff and we would suggest that you use more of his walks on this holiday.

Headwater provides a level of service which must be embarrassing to nearly all the rest. They do what they say they will do, including calling back when they say they will! We have walked with them...
