Fast and efficient

Very fast delivery with no issues. Excellent value and service.

I bought a pair of earrings as a gift for my grandmother from the outlet section- they arrived quickly and we're beautifully packaged, it even arrived in a gift bag! Will definitely buy from here...

Delighted…beautifully presented.

Order processed & delivered promptly. Lovely, well priced item. Item was lighter & finer than I thought from the image but even so made a great much appreciated gift.

Delivery speed was very good and item is as described. Packaging could be a little better as the item is likely a gift.

They delivered the correct items , all together, in really good time.

Very pleased with the quality of my purchase. It arrived promptly in lovely packaging. I would definitely buy from Hot Diamonds again

Service was excellant, goods arrived quickly and well packaged, unfortunately the necklace and bracelet were a little on the small side,so I had to send them back, which was a shame, hence only 4 stars.

Great service and lovely jewellery
