Very good price and swift efficient service

Quality packaging, really impressed. Will use their services again

Appalling service. Lied to all the time. I was told item was delivered when it wasn't Then told another item had been sent. It wasn't. Would never use this company again. Completely let down.

Not received my order yet.

Arrived a lot sooner than expected

Excellent service, beautifully packaged. Definitely my favourite on-line jeweller.

Way less packaging I have to pay for grrr

Arrived earlier than quoted. Packaged well The order was exactly what was described and very well presented. Great prices

Arrived really quickly, however the amount of packaging for a pair of earrings is disgraceful! This needs to be looked at as it was completely over the top in a box nearly 30cm in length!!

Good choice and quality with prompt delivery. Parcelforce updates could be better though.
