My Mother lives in Cumbria, unfortunately, therefore as I’m in Sheffield and it’s Friday tomorrow I guess she’s not getting her Mother’s Day present now! This was ordered over a week ago!!! I understand it may be your carrier at fault but the result is the same to me, your customer.
1. Not Happy.
My wife, thankfully lives with me so if you do rescue this and it arrives tomorrow I’m clear on one count.
2. Recoverable…?
So, in basic terms; I ordered the goods in good time, (for once!) giving me time to send on the goods to Cumbria for my Mum and to give my wife her present from our 7 year old on Sunday.. As it stands I’m dead in the water.
Any ideas?

Hot diamond possibly offer a good service, unfortunately they use parcel force to deliver who are rubbish! Because I wasn’t in they delivered the package to a post office which isn’t my nearest and...

We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused when collecting your parcel and that the courier took it to a Post Office that wasn’t convenient for you, they do normally take it to the nearest Post Office so again many apologies this wasn’t the case.
