The couriers tracking details is showing delivery was attempted 3 times but has now been taken back to their hub, we are so sorry the courier didn’t leave a card with this information. I understand they tried three times although i was told it was twice but i'm not in to receive it and they won't leave it without me being home.

I'm very happy with Hot Diamonds after a delay with my item, they quickly resolved it.
Brilliant! Can’t fault it, arrived a day earlier than expected. The presentation was great, they even included a gift bag. The item of jewellery was even nicer than it looked online.
My hot diamond earrings arrived promptly, beautifully presented and packaged, even down to providing a gift bag. Can’t fault the product or service. Will definitely order again.
The chain is faulty. A link is attached wrong so is risen, stands out. Not terribly but it should be perfect for the price I paid. Now I have the hassle of repacking, getting to a post office.
