Quick, responsive, very helpful

i spoke to a lady named Donna who was fantastic

The company was good and service was excellent. Only problem was the extra £10 cost per traveller which I did not see advertised.

I would have liked to be told the carrier was Ryanair before booking - I didn't think to ask as I assumed it would be easyjet.

the person who did the booking was kind and helpful

charged a different price to the one quoted had to chase for a credit spoilt a good job....

the girl helping me was fantastic

It never said on the web site that there was a £15 service charge, and I was not informed of this till the end of the Booking process, I shall not be using purple or Hayes in the future.

For organisation first rate.
