Fantastic trip

Hello Mr Dorrill Thank you for your comments regarding your recent holiday to Punta Cana. We take all our customers comments seriously and we very much regret your holiday did not meet with your expectations. I can see from the notes on your booking that you were unhappy with your hotel and wished to move, regrettably the hotel was unable to refund your stay. As we were initially unaware of what the issues were, it was quite difficult to resolve any problems you may have had. Our operations department were in touch with our resort team who tried on many occasions to contact you during your stay via telephone and what's app and we are sorry it was only at the end of your holiday that you spoke with each other. It is concerning that one of our holidays has not provided the complete satisfaction that we hoped for and offer our sincere apologies for any personal disappointment caused.
