I’m really sorry for the delay and for the frustration caused by having to chase us. We can see via DHL that the parcel has now been delivered, but that doesn’t take away from the inconvenience of it not arriving when expected.

We’re genuinely sorry for the experience you had — this is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing the delay and lack of communication must have been.
Your order was placed on 23rd December, during the Christmas and New Year period when our business was closed. Once we reopened, we worked through a large backlog of orders alongside severe weather-related delays, and your order was dispatched as quickly as possible under the circumstances.
Although the items have now been delivered, as a gesture of goodwill we’ve arranged a full refund, and you’re very welcome to keep the items.
Once again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could put it right.
