the home report was prepared in a timely manner. the questions i had were answered and any suggestions taken on board. the final report was issued promptly.
They did an adequate job for a reasonable price. Not spectacular or over and above the call or anything, but they kept to their appointment times and had good communications.
Gave a quick response to request, gave a date and time and estimated the duration for the survey and arrived precisely on time. The surveyor was very efficient and courteous.
