They do have a great customer service.
Only improvement would be ..please pack the sweet tubs better as they are always getting broken in transit.

Thank you for your feedback and apologies regarding the slightly damaged box, our packers try to pack as compactly as possible which generally eliminates any damages however the nature of some of our products mean that there is always a slight risk of damage in transit.
