the packing left something to be desired as it seemed to be a very unsteady box and the goods were quite heavy. however the goods were of a very nice quality

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, this will be passed to the Warehouse Manager to investigate. All parcels leaving the warehouse should not exceed 25kgs and the weight should be evenly distributed.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience of having to go to the depot to collect your parcel. TNT do not provide an estimated time of delivery therefore the tracking will show 'Out For Delivery' up until 'Delivered'.
