Hi, Thanks for leaving a review and I'm delighted you found the trainer to be so engaging! This was an 'Introduction to Office 365' session, so it is pitched at people who are new to 365. Therefore, if you're already familiar with 365 then it may have felt a bit basic for you, so apologies about that. Everyone at your organisation should be taking 3 different sessions with us over the coming weeks: the Into to 365 that you've already attended, plus a session on OneDrive and a final session on SharePoint, so hopefully you'll find the subsequent sessions a bit more challenging.
