Hi Georgina, Thanks for leaving a review and apologies the session didn't meet your objectives on this occasion. Unfortunately it is recommended that the sessions we're offering your organisation in this project are attended in a certain order and you hadn't been booked onto the OneDrive session, which would likely have been very beneficial for this session, but that's not your fault, so I'm really sorry for the situation. Your account manager from Happy, my colleague Sabina, has reached out to your booker, Maddie and we'll try and get you booked onto the OneDrive session and then hopefully this session again whereupon it will all make more sense (as 365 can be a bit complicated - I know I still struggle with it sometimes for example).
