Hi, Thank you so much for your review of our recent Excel for Intermediate Users course. We are so glad to hear that you found confidence after completing our course. Hope to see you again soon! Nichole @ Happy

Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback and I'm so sorry you did not enjoy your training course with us. Your account manager has contacted the booker who arranged the training to find out how this disconnect has happened. We always want people to go away from our courses feeling like they have learnt new skills and got what they needed. While this was a custom course and we delivered the material as agreed with your booker, we'd still like to make this right for you. I'd be happy to arrange for you to have a private 1 hour session with a trainer to achieve your goals - either a 1-to-1 or with you and your colleague who attended and was also left feeling disappointed. If you'd like to arrange this please email me privately: claire@happy.co.uk Unfortunately as we only had 1 evaluation completed for this course (which was positive) we didn't know until now there was an issue, or we would have contacted you to discuss this privately after the course ended :( Best wishes, Claire
