Not sure who’s fault it was in communication but an hours notice to get to the sailing check in was not good enough.

The Liberation Catamaran unfortunately had an engine breakdown on the return journey, which made us vary late back into Poole. On the way out it was on time, but very crowded as it was a Bank...

Many Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're so sorry that you had a disrupted journey home. The confirmation invoice copy sent on the 9th May by email noted the slight change to your scheduled departure time on the 10th May.

When help was needed due to illness, response was very prompt and helpful, they helped obtain an early ferry return
