The audio was terrible. I asked the guild to turn up the volume or if we could use headsets and he didn’t do either. So basically I didn’t hear ANY of of commentary. The bus driver was a grouchy old...

Overall the service provided was mediocre to weak.
You have fewer hop-on-hop-off buses running than other tour buses. I had to wait lots/lots longer for a bus at a stop than the others. The lunch on the Windsor/Stonehenge/Bath tour was awful. Most...
