The product and price is good but my package was sent to the wrong address or rather the delivery man couldn't find my address. I was left to chase the thing up and I was left waiting a long time...

thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. We certainly acknowledge that there were issues with our previous courier company which is why we moved to fully tracked services from Parcel Force at the end of March.
Now all orders can be tracked right the way to your door via email and text message so you always know where it is.

Goods arrived well packed and in double-quick time, and included a free bar of chocolate! I strongly recommend Grape Tree, and use their stores whenever possible.
It took a long time for my order to be delivered and I had to chase it up twice. When I ordered all the items were shown to be 'in stock' and then to be eventually told that they were waiting for one...

As you can imagine with the large number of product lines that we hold as a business (approximately 1000) that unfortunately from time to time there are discrepancies in the stock levels. I ordered some items from the Grape Tree as they were very reasonably priced and I had heard good reviews about them. The items arrived within 3 days of placing my order and came very well packaged....
They decided to deliver to incorrect address even though correct one was specified as delivery address and PayPal default. Had to contact courier to find who sent parcel, then had to contact grape...

thank you for taking the time to give your feedback.
We certainly acknowledge that there were issues with our previous courier on occasion which is why we moved to Parcel Force from the end of March to take advantage of their fully tracked services with the intention of shortening delivery times and improving the customer experience. Customers can now track their parcel all the way to their door via email and SMS notifications and even rearrange the delivery date if they are not going to be available.
I can also reassure you that our staff did contact the courier at that time as promised but unfortunately the instructions given were not followed. Another reason to make the move that we have done.
