The first time I had put an order, I received it next day, this time I had to waite for a week. You said my total was different, will I receive a cheque, or how will I get my money back?

the difference in total you are referring to I believe is £2.50 for an item that we unfortunately had no stock of. This was refunded directly to you at the time via PayPal and should have arrived back on the card you used to make payment within 3 working days.
