the technician didn't event took the time to do the antenna alignement ... he told me that they only work with uk satellite when i asked to have the antenna pointed to hotbird

We have consulted with our engineer who advised on his arrival that we cannot service or provide European motorised satellite dishes. He remained professional throughout his visit and didn't wish to waste any more of your time.

Very quick response. Installer diagnosed problem quickly and carried out repair straightway,, (after I paid of course). Not cheap but didn't seem unfair.
