The service of delivery was bad. Far too long to deliver. Nobody takes this long these days. It's just not acceptable.

We manufacture our folding tables to order owing to the huge number of permutations, so your table has been hand-made especially for you. I note that your order was delivered within two weeks with was well within our standard lead time. I am pleased to see you have rated the product highly for which I thank you.
