I am sorry to hear you will not book with Golfbreaks.com due to the shaft flex on the promotional golf club sent to you. We do have a process in place requesting the club specifications. If we do not receive an answer from the group organiser we send a second request. In this case neither was responded to. Please reply to get your preferred choice The Callaway Great Big Bertha driver is loft adjustable using Callaway’s Optifit Hosel technology. The Optifit Hosel allows loft to change by -1°, +1° or 2° in combination with face angle adjustments of neutral or draw. The club is simple to use and means you can change loft and lie in a limited way and is good to fine tune the loft and weight distribution on the club that will arrive after your final balance has been paid. Unfortunately as you stated you did not reply to either request resulting in a stiff shaft being delivered. Regarding referring to your last years request, this may have left us with the same situation we find ourselves in now as golf groups do change year to year as much as they stay the same as do the skill level i.e. handicaps. I have requested my marketing promotions team request from the supplier a possible solution to your concern. This request will be subject to the discretion of the supplier and the availability of the preferred driver. I hope this information helps.
