Thank you for your response - I wonder if I'm missing something as my steamy wonder only had an on/off button located on the front of the machine, this would be terribly impractical to turn on and off while pushing the mop back and forward. Is there another button I have not yet located?

Thank you again for your reply. We laid these tiles approx 5years ago and they have only ever been cleaned with a steam mop, I doubt that time will help to remove the steam it was previously cleaned with. The mop itself simply doesn't get steamy enough. It's doesn't steam enough to wet the pad, with this in mind I certainly wouldn't put a second one on there. Compared to my previous mop the steamy Wonder uses maybe 1/6 of the amount of water used in my previous mop, which certainly didn't leave the tiles wet for an unreasonable time after used - maybe 10-15mins. I will get by pre wetting the pad and using the at a snails pace, I did contact your customer service team to see if I was able to upgrade as this one was certainly not adequate, however I am not able to do so. Unfortunately leaving me with a very inferior product.

you're "requirement" is arbitrary and why as the customer would I care what lame rules you make up?
