No help at all from customer service regarding our up coming flights - attitude terrible appreciate it’s a difficult time but staff need to understand people are worried about getting money back etc ...

Overall useful, choosing seat assignments would be helpful
The service was good and easy to use, though it would have been nice to be able to choose seat assignments. I had to pay a fee to change my seat at the airport.
