Unfortunately, the Key Account Manager who always assists you, and your clients, was away on leave and the consultant who was filling in for her was not properly briefed.

We’re sorry – the service we pride ourselves on wasn’t delivered to you! We’ve put new measures in place to address this so that we will not have the same issue in the future again.
