Reliable and fast

Fine most of the time but pretty consistently let’s me down when I use it for zoom calls so end up having to use 4mb/s inferior BT alternative which appears to be more reliable.

Great speed and service, very rare to experience any drop-outs and planned outage is fine as you’re notified well in advance. Much better than any other provider we have used!

The worst customer service I have ever experianced. The only reason it's not 1 star is because when the internet was working it was great. But god forbid you have any reason to call them for anything...

It is nice to have broadband that doesn’t keep breaking down, but the real test will come when the contract is up and what price the new one would be.
