Generally reliable, but expensive. Customer service leaves quite a lot to be desired. Effectively, they have a monopoly in our area as the BT broadband service is too slow to be useable.

No complaints, service is good and they communicate when there is a problem

I'm on a 300 gbps contract and when it's good it's great but too many issues with WiFi within the house. We have 3 Gigaclear Linksys nodes but regularly get hangs on streaming TV.

The pre-connection installation (roadside POT) was (is) very poor. The box was smashed by passing traffic well before the fibre was installed. It has held out since the installation of the fibre but...

Efficient installation, speedy repairs when cable damaged and, generally, very reliable.

Gigaclear must find an underground internet cable that is not chopped up by mice. Ours tends to Last less than 3 three years and then has to be replaced.
