Very poor. I am still waiting for a simple query to be dealt with several weeks ago so I gave up.

generally very reliable service. Speeds can vary (and changing between different packages was a real pain), but I would certainly use them again.

Good service very quickly installed.much better speeds than previously, we are in a problem area. Though speeds nothing like the advertised ones but plenty for our use.

I am enjoying having a decent broadband speed (given that we only had 3Mbit via BT before). We generally don't seem to have downtime issues and the promotional package that I am on is competitive.
