Since they upgraded my router to the Linksys one, my wifi and internet connection has been perfect. The support to get the new router up and running was excellent.

No replies to emails. Moved into property and cable had not been installed properly. Just laying onto of gravel

Deliver the speed we pay for

Customer services people are helpful and friendly, but it's so annoying to see the excellent rates offered to new customers, and to have to pay £10/month more.

Keep the service constant, it drops out quite frequently without notice.

More reliable internet on tv often slow at peak times
