Good when it works. Susceptible to random outages. Very poor and slow at fixing faults. Customer service better than it used to be but generally lacking.

Hard to contact and even harder to get problems fixed. There are two issues it seems from local discussion a) a shortage of qualified technical staff b) a reluctance to fix anything internally....

Did what you said you would do with no fuss and on time ..... keep it up .....
