Maintained service in new property but took 2 to 3 weeks to resolve technical issues with configuration on existing router. Unable to use new Mesh wifi system until resolved.

I use this as my main internet to work from home. Several times during a day connectivity will drop so you are frustratingly left hanging on Zoom or Teams calls for a few seconds till it comes back....
