Never a problem accessing the internet. Very quick

They did what I asked of them without a quibble as I wanted them to take a different route to what was planned. They were efficient and helpful

Everyone involved in this project was very helpful and the work was completed quickly without any fuss.

The poor quality of the hardware they provide (the router and the wi-fi nodes) significantly impacts the entire user experience. Real shame.

Gigaclear is a fast and efficient way to receive broadband. The service is really excellent. The best broadband I have ever had no problems a good smooth service.

Gigaclear have been fine on service but generally unimpressed with having to pay 39£ per month for internet service when only an hour from london.

I have nothing bad to say, our internet works and its fast. I haven't needed to contact customer services for anything, but my initial experience from signing up with gigaclear is anything to go by...
