Very fast speed. Very few problems always fixed quickly

I’ve been with Gigaclear for 18 months and can honestly say I’ve had no problems whatsoever. The original installation was extremely well organised with a nice team. I’ve now moved up to next level...

Satisfactory.

The service is super fast, reliable and well priced. The introduction of the WiFi extenders is a game changer. No unavailability, no weak signal. This is the way it should be for everyone. Thank you...

Never had any problems only when informed of work being carried out

Great product would recommend.

I rang due to no internet. The person from Technical was really helpful and explained step by step what to do. I wasn’t on hold for long before my call was answered. The problem was sorted within 10...

falling away quite badly in terms of speed and reliability. to such an extent looking at BT again.

I have had Gigaclear for several years, it’s the only fibre solution, it is expensive and you don’t get the speeds you pay for.

Very good speed but has the occasional loss of service.
