I was told that My speed had been upgraded. My upload speed I 51.5 and download speed 9.41. Please explain. Thanks.

Reliable and speedy service.
A reliable service. Broadband speed so much better than BT. Good information about when they had to shut us off which was always at night. Helpful telephone assistance when there was a problem.

Lives up to promised internet speed.
