Everything has just worked so far, good speed and stable connection it's about all you can ask for realy.

The service is great, but there have been a few outages this year. Still highly recommended though.

Package completely let down by a terrible router. It gives half the WiFi coverage in my small cottage compared to a 15 year old BT router in the exact same location.

Very happy with Gigaclear. Good installation, good service, keeping us well informed. Good performance. No problem at all.

Its is so slow. Nowhere near the speed i pay for and gigaclear claim. The router performance is dismal and struggles to connect if computer in a seperate room

We would buy again but we feel the service is slightly less reliable than when we first signed up.

Set-up was a painful experience, taking several weeks, but once it’s up and running it’s been very good, with consistently high speeds.
