The bin was exactly as expected, no surprises, and it arrived next day with tracking details supplied by the courier. Can't rate any other part of the service as I didn't need to contact anybody...

I can only praise their service! From asking for information by phone, to ordering and receiving delivery of my wheelie bin, this company were extremely helpful.
Show us on the website what you are actually selling, not similar products, not products that you don’t have in stock.
Been sent looking like been pulled on the floor, scratched, not like a new...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
I am very sorry that the bin did not arrive in the same condition that that it left us in. Unfortunately, damages can sometimes occur in transit and I would always encourage our customers to notify us immediately of anything that is not satisfactory. This ensures that we can rectify any issues in a timely manner.
With regards to delivery many couriers, as well as our own, are not currently requesting signatures to protect both our customers and their drivers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead they take a photograph to show that the item has been left safe.
