Items delivered and was not informed. Neighbours has to tell me that bins has been left.two stuck together - proving difficult to get separated

Good morning.
Thank you for your feedback, this is really important to us.
We do state on our Delivery & Returns page that we stack our wheele bins at optimal height for transport however I will feed your comments back to our Warehouse to investigate as to how / why the bins may have become stuck together & difficult to separate.
As for the goods being delivered without being informed, I will take this up with our courier.

Good morning.
Thank you for your comments. Our wheelie bins are manufactured to EN840 standards as well as RAL-GZ 951/1 which actually exceeds EN840. They endure rigorous testing by an independant body to ensure quality. If, however, you do experience any issues with your wheels please do contact us directly either by telephone or email.
