The refuse truck when lifted the bin then split the bin on the 4th time

I can see from our records that your bin was purchased nearly 2 years ago and so unfortunately I am unable to replace under manufacturer warranty. the split happened about 6 months ago also the lid secure buttons were all ways loose, so not happy with the green bin that was delivered. regards M Shannon .

I would recommend get wheelie bins.Even with vat included the price of the wheelie bins are very reasonable.also the carriage is free and delivery is very prompt I would buy from them again and...

Been using the bin for quite a while now and have had no problems.
The bins were picked up, as requested (after being left for a week) - so all fine there. But then, the bags were not collected again this week. So, we effectively have no collection service.

Thank you for taking to time to leave feedback however I think you may have mistaken GetWheelieBins with another company as we only sell wheelie bins, we do not offer a waste collection service. I do hope, though, that you manage to sort this out with whoever it is that does provide you with this service.
