We do welcome all comments positive and negative as this helps us to continue/improve our customer service to all our customers. firstly please accept my apologies that your product was not received by 1st May as indicated it would be for a 48hr service. This was dispatched by Galleon within the timescales, however the courier who is a third party company has failed to move it forward from their collecting depot. I am investigating this as it does it does not reflect well on Galleon. We received your email today 7th May which was sent on 4th May to advise us of non receipt of goods and we have acted immediately to resend these out today on a next day service. Once again please accept my apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused and i do hope we can be of service to you again soon.
