Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I can see from your order history that you purchase this product in two different formats from ourselves. Sometimes you purchase the larger size cases 8040 which contain 9000 sheets consisting of 36 sleeves x 250 tissues and sometimes you purchase our office range version of this product OR-I which contain 5000 sheets consisting of 20 sleeves x 250 tissues. This would show a significant difference in the size of the actual boxes you purchase, however the actual sheet size dimensions have never changed . The product code 8040 is a more economical way to purchase this product as there is not so much packaging involved.
