Thank you for your order & feedback. We notice that your order was placed on Good Friday. It was despatched on the Tuesday due to the Bank Holiday weekend. Our courier firm has attempted delivery on two separate occasions to you, Wednesday 11th April at 13.33 & Thursday 12th April at 9.51.

City Link had failed to leave a delivery card, as the driver told me today that he had "run out" so we had no idea that there had been any attempted delivery, let alone 2. All resolved now. Thanks very much.
