Never delivered. Three emails over four weeks sent with no reply so have a requested a refund through the bank of my credit card payment and cancellation of the order

All orders are sent out on the same day if ordered by 3pm and our courier service offer a very high service level of parcels delivered next working day by 5.30pm. I will have a look into what has gone so wrong with your order and call you to discuss.
