I am sorry to hear about the issues that you have experienced with the couriers delivering our products. The courier service that we use give us a very high service level so am surprised that that you have had these issues.
I believe that you have spoken with Tim (Managing Director) about the original delivery and that 2 new boxes were despatched immediately to rectify the situation.
I will pass your comments on to our couriers to highlight the issues as all boxes leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
