Thnak you for taking the time to send us your valuable feedback.
I am sorry that you have found the rolls not suitable for the application required. I am surprised by this as you bought a branded Kimberly Clark wiper roll that is a popular seller for us.
We do offer a free samples service on the vast majority of our products allowing customers to try before they buy.
If you would like a sample pack putting together then please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Thank you for your custom and we look forward to serving your account again in the future.
Kind Regards,
