Could not believe how quick they came, two days from ordering. I had a problem with fixing the shelf due to the wall being hollow in places. Spoke to them and the advice offered solved the problem....

I am very sorry that the delivery was not as expected, all of our large items are currently delivered by pallet companies. We do advertise the products on the website this way

We also sent you an email on 11/5/15 which stated:
“The delivery company will contact you the week commencing 18/5/15 to arrange a delivery slot with that suits you best.
This will be a roadside pallet delivery so please make sure you have sufficient help to unpack and move the Dining Table into your home. The table top and frame are best moved by 2 people due to the weight and size.”
I am sorry that you are disappointed with this delivery method, we do our best to keep customers well informed.
At the moment we have to rely on delivery companies as we do not have our own delivery service.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the table. The screws should have certainly been suitable for a standard screwdriver so I am very sorry about that, we could of sent you new ones out on a 24 hour delivery if you had contacted us.
With regards to the cracks and wobble I would like to look into this further if that is ok.
I will contact you and see what we can do. If we can not resolve the problems I can arrange a collection and refund you in full.

Some very useful feedback here! We put the plastic in place for multiple efficiency reasons and to protect your lovely new table from wear and tear. They are completely optional as they are easily removed, but I do understand how this could be an inconvenience.
