We're very sorry for the trouble you've had fitting your shelf! This could be the case of wood shavings from the drill being trapped at the bottom of the hole, this is a rare issue however we will be sure to take extra care to prevent this from happening again. We would have been happy to help if you'd have contacted us although we're pleased to hear you managed to hang the shelf. Thanks again for providing your feedback and helping us improve our services.
