We ordered our shelving online and must say it was so easy with no problems at all.. They arrived within a week of purchase and in the time slot i was given..

We're pleased to see you're happy with the quality of your new oak shelf. If you'd like to shop with us again you can always contact us to let us know not to pre-drill the holes in the shelf if you would prefer to do this on site to suit the required locations. I'm sorry to hear you weren't too keen on our fixings, we use these as they are heavy duty enough to support the size and weight of our solid oak. We do recommend our customers order samples before buying for this reason, particularly when colour matching to current furniture. Although we do try very hard to show a true representation of the colours online, we are working with natural materials so the colour of the timber can vary as no two pieces are the same. The colours aren't greatly different to how they're demonstrated in our images, although this can be affected by the screen it's being viewed on as with all online listings.
