Hi Stephen, thanks for letting us know your shelves were delivered on time :) It's a shame you couldn't get to the shelves so we could look further into this issue for you. As we've previously discussed the holes are never in the centre of the timber but they certainly should have been in line with each other. I have passed your concerns over to our guys in the workshop so they can investigate into how this could have happened with the holes.
