Hi Chiara, thanks for letting us know your shelf arrived so quickly! I’m very sorry to hear about your issue with the holes in your shelf, I sent you a message on 31/08/16 but unfortunately we didn't hear back from you. Our guys in the workshop use a jig to drill the holes so this should not have happened. On rare occasions, sometimes there is a build up of saw dust in the holes that could have been missed during the quality checks. Do you think this could have been the case?
